Exchange, return and refund policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for boutique credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
1 – Under your account page go to “orders”, located at the left panel.
2 – Click the “cancel request” button for the order you want to cancel.
3 – Fill in the reason for canceling your order and wait for our team’s approval
4 – Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
5 – Send all items back to us using the label provided.
